Ben heavily engages with planners and architects on a day to day basis. He has a very strong gauge on planning policy across a micro and macro level. He has extensive experience surrounding designing schemes that are both efficient and developable, and is a huge proponent of value creation via placemaking and good design. He comes from a background of structuring complex joint ventures in order to maximise value creation for all stakeholders.

With an exceptional eye for detail, a comprehensive understanding of legal documentation, development and a track record of completing difficult transactions; James is renowned for his ability to manage the development process and mitigate issues before they progress. James is skilled in his ability to quickly analyse and spot opportunities whilst leading negotiations and turning most situations into a positive result for all parties involved.
